Sovereignty Investments was founded in 2012 by Joe Olstein to provide real estate consulting, management, and ownership services throughout the Midwest.
In 2021, two more partners joined the team with a new focus of building out a multi-thousand unit legacy portfolio. Together they are using their collective years of real estate investment experience and ownership as well as their own capital to build this portfolio.
